  • Is there a fee to sign up?
    No, there is no fee to sign up.
  • What services do you offer?
    We offer the following services: 1. You order yourself and we ship your packages to your destination. 2. You use our Assisted Purchase service, so we order for you and ship to your destination. 3. We also offer Export / Import Services upon request.
  • How do I use the Assisted Purchase?
    Login into your AES account, click on "Assisted Purchase". ​ Go to "My Shopping List" form and fill out the information and submit the form. You can send us the link of the items you want to order or the details of the items: description, quantity, reference number, and total amount of the order. We review your list and make sure that the items are available, and the prices match the information on the merchant website and your list. We send you an estimate for approval and your payment. Once we receive your payment, we place the order on your behalf.
  • What are the fees to these services?
    Our fees are listed on our Pricing page.
  • How do I receive my U.S. address?
    Sign up to create an account. Once you are logged in, click on My U.S delivery address.
  • How do I know when my packages have arrived?
    We notify you by email as soon as we receive your packages.
  • How do I track my orders?
    You can track your orders with the tracking number the retailer sends you after you placed your order. We email you the tracking number when we ship your packages to you.
  • How much does it cost to ship a package to my country?
    Shipping costs vary depending on the option you choose. We offer DHL, UPS and USPS for small packages. We also offer Air and Ocean freight for bigger and heavier shipments. For more accuracy, we send you the final shipping costs as soon as we receive your packages.
  • Can I order from multiple stores at a time?
    Yes, you can order from multiple stores when you order small packages. We offer Consolidation services to ship all your orders into one box so you can save on shipping costs.
  • Can you consolidate my packages into one?
    Yes, we offer to consolidate packages into one box. Consolidation saves you on shipping cost.
  • Can you ship anything I want?
    There are some items that are restricted and some prohibited. However, our air and ocean freight partners can ship different types of commodity that express companies do not. See our “Shipping page and our “Prohibited items” page.
  • What is volumetric pricing?
    It is an estimated weight calculated from the length, width and height of a package.
  • What are my payment options?
    You can pay with our secure payment options. We accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  • As an international customer (outside USA) do I have to pay customs and taxes?
    Items shipped outside of the United States are subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges. The customer is responsible for any and all customs charges due on delivery of product. AES is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs might be. Customs duties and taxes are payable by the receiver (the customer) for any shipments that depart from our warehouse to any international country. If you are unsure if you will be charged any of these fees, please contact your local Government’s Customs Office for clarification
